Negatives:
·
Plastic body (finger print magnet.. but good quality plastic)

·         No dedicated camera key

·         Will struggle a bit while taking pictures

Other important useful information’s:

·         On top of the homescreen bar press with your finger for few seconds and move your finger left and right. By doing so you will be able to adjust the brightness of the phone.
·
The phone book is excellent and the one of the best feature is that if you want to dial to a person whose name is stored in the phonebook, then you just need to type that name in the number key pad and you will get all the match automatically. It saves time. For example you have saved your mothers number as mom in the phone book, on the dial pad type MOM (636) and the phone will automatically show you all the contacts with mom and 636.. it saves sometime thou.
·
The phone has never got stuck
·
The voice feature which comes with the phone is really cool. Set the driving mode on and it will speak out all the notifications when it comes on the phone.

·         All your social website and other email ids can be synced very easily in the phone.
·         The best way to safeguard of your contacts is by always create or update contact in the google mode than in phone mode. The advantage is that the contacts gets saved in your google contacts automatically and in case of any data loss you can always sync them to any of your android phone back at a touch of a button.

·         The camera as already stated above is the best in the class. With 8 MP camera with LED flash you can go one of the best photography and the videos can be taken at 1080p which is best. So photography crazy people will love this phone for sure

·         For zooming in and out to take pictures or videos you can just slide up and down in the screen but I was able to zoom in and out automatically without touching the screen and it is possible by just moving your phone away or near to you. The camera automatically zooms in and out.

·         Coming to the battery, since it is an android phone they are always thirsty for battery. The battery with a typically normal use can last for 12 hours. This is because the sync always happens. Your emails and social updates frequently, so the battery is used to a great extent. Since it is gingerbread and AMOLED screen the battery life is little more than froyo and LCD. It is always advisable to have the usb cable or an extra charger in hand so that you can charge the phone at work or at the place where you spend most of your time.

·         The power saving mode which come preinstalled in the phone is the best and it really helps you to save some battery seriously.

·         Since it is Samsung the most and the only main disadvantage which I have found is that when you connect your phone to computer using USB cable the internet connection on the computer cannot be used in the phone. I always hated this feature and wanted this feature to consider this phone as a complete phone package. Since my office does not have a wi-fi and I would require my office computer internet to be used in the phone this feature does not let me use the internet and hence I feel that’s the only disadvantage in the phone. Once can use phone internet connection to computer by downloading an app from the android market. There are plenty of them and everything works fine.

·         Once you insert the headset and try to play music the volume automatically starts at 10 instead of the set volume limit. I set the limit to maximum (15) but when I insert headset the volume automatically starts at 10.. I am not sure as to why is that but this is with the handset I have used and few of my friends also face this similar issue. The same goes with when you talk or answer a call on headset. The only way is to manually increase the volume and talk and if you are ok with volume 10 then you won’t have to worry then.

FINAL WORDS:

An excellent phone to have. The phone is pricey but worth the value. This phone will get all the updates first as it
is the best of Samsung android, successful and best of phone of the year. The Android ICS (IceCream Sandwich)
is now started in the market and Samsung galaxy Nexus is the first of its class to get them preinstalled on the
phone. This means Samsung galaxy S2 will be among the first one to get the update to flash the ROM and get the
taste of the new Android 4.0 (ICS).
